Believe in yourself

You are a unique person. There is nobody else in the world like you. Celebrate your talents! Share your ideas!
Tell me about you. What are you passionate about? What makes you smile?
Is there anyone that you admire or model yourself after?
What do you think is the best thing about you?
What do you think is the worst thing about you?
Is there something about yourself that you don’t share with others?
How are you different from others?
Is there something you have done in the past that you haven’t forgiven yourself for?
Who is the person in your life that you can trust that can encourage you?
What is your goal(s) for your life?

Here are some ideas for having a SWEETER Life:

Nutrition
Keep a journal of the things that you eat for at least three days in a row. Be honest and don’t try and change anything.
Write a list of the foods that you enjoy the most. Write a list of foods that you will not or cannot eat.
Try and eat the healthiest diet you can one day this week and record what you ate and how you feel.

Exercise
Take a walk around the block or down the street and back. If it is raining, march in place or around the room for at least 10 minutes. You can do creative things with your hands like lift overhead or cross in front, etc. When you get back try and touch your toes without bending your knees. Do that stretch three times. Take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.


Give yourself a gift. Buy a pretty journal book and a fun pen to record the answers to the questions. Keep a record of how your are improving your life.
